Christmas Goodies and Merry Christmas to all!

Merry Christmas, everyone. I hope you all got what you all wanted. These are just the makeup goodies I got. I also got a hoodie, pajamas, two 3DS games, jeans, and a throw blanket.

This is a mixture of stuff I got from my parents and my brother and his girlfriend.

This is what my brother and his girlfriend got me.

This was just a little goodie bag full of stuff to try. I may do my first giveaway and give away the mini version of They're Real! Mascara since I already have that version and now I have the full-sized version, as well.

The best part of their gift was them gifting me a subscription to Birchbox, so I will get 3 months' worth of free stuff and if I like it, I will keep doing it.

This is what my parents got me. They got me the full-sized version of They're Real! and an Urban Decay 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner in Retrograde. I am so thankful to have such wonderful family that spoil me and make me feel special. Happy Holidays to everyone. :)

First Impression: Freeman Anti-Stress Mask

Today, I tried the Freeman mask I bought for the first time and wanted to tell you all about it. This isn't a review since I haven't used it that much. The bottle is blue with seashells all over it, which shows that it has Dead Sea Minerals. The mask itself is blue and has a very thin consistency, which I have never seen before.

Once you apply it, you'll look like a Na'vi from the movie Avatar. I had a picture, but it didn't upload, so I'm mad. That's it for this. I will do a review on this soon.

New Additions to my Skincare Routine

I got two new skincare items from the Simple line since winter is coming and my skin is getting drier. I needed a thicker moisturizer for the daytime and a good eye cream for the nighttime. I hate it when my skin gets dry because it gets flaky, too. I purchased these at Target for $12.09 each.

I got the Soothing Eye Balm and the Vital Vitamin Day Cream. I've only used these for a couple of weeks, so I don't know how well they work for my skin, so I will be using them for a couple of weeks more before reviewing them. So far, so good.

Mall Haul!

Today I went to the mall with my brother's girlfriend and got to have some bonding time. I went into three stores: Sephora, Lush, and Fuego. All of these products except for the earrings will be reviewed soon.

Sephora:

I got the small version of Benefit They're Real! mascara and the small version of Soap & Glory Hand Food. Soap & Glory was $5.00 and Benefit was $10.00.

Lush:

I got the Bubblegum lip scrub and the Honey Trap lip balm. The scrub was $10.00 and the lip balm was $9.00. I tried the scrub in the store and I LOVED it. I want to eat it right out of the jar.

Fuego:

I got these earrings for $10.00 and they were $12.00, so I got a discount. I just love them.

Easy Everyday Fall Makeup Tutorial

I wanted to do a makeup look using three items in my Ipsy bag and have it be an everyday look. This is easy to do.

How to Achieve This Look:

1. Apply an eyeshadow base and let it dry.

2. Apply foundation primer.

3. Apply concealer to dark circles, blemishes, and red areas.

4. Apply foundation all over.

5. Set with powder.

6. Apply highlight color on top of cheekbones.

7. Apply blush on apples of cheek.

8. Apply the same highlight color used in number 6 on browbone and inner corners of the eyes.

9. Apply nude eyeshadow on entire eye.

10. Apply a darker nude color on eyelid only.

11. Apply a matte brown eyeshadow to the crease.

12. Line top and bottom lashline with a brown eyeliner pencil.

13. Use the same matte brown eyeshadow under the bottom lashline where you put the eyeliner.

14. Apply generous coats of mascara on top and bottom lashes.

15. Apply a sheer purple lipgloss.

November 2012 Ipsy Bag

This is my first Ipsy bag and I had read other blogs about this one, so I didn't get my hopes up too high.

The bag is a deep brown color and feels very nice. It also has a gold zipper that reveals all the goodies inside.

The first thing I got was the Chella Eyebrow Defining Gel, which I will never use, so I was disappointed. I really wanted the Benefit They're Real! Mascara. Anyone want to trade? This has .12 FL OZ in it. I may find some use for it.

The second thing I got was The Balm Meet Matt(e) eyeshadow in Matt Batali. I love this color. I can't wait to use it. This is part of a palette and I believe we all got the same shade. I love matte eyeshadows. This is .9 g of product.

The third thing I got was this nailtini by tini cosmetics in the color Millionaire. I love this polish even though I can't wear it because I get shellac every two weeks, but my mom might use it. This has .5 fl oz in it.

The fourth thing I got is BareMinerals Marvelous Moxie lipgloss in Daredevil. I love the color of this and I will use it a lot. I'm not a huge fan of dark colors, but this seems more fun, so I could be buying the full-sized tube of this. This has 0.07 fl oz of product in it.

The last thing I got is this Starlet cosmetics eyeliner in Chocolate. This is a beautiful color. I may have a makeup tutorial using all the products up soon. This is more subdued than I've seen them, but I suppose they wanted to make things look a bit more like Fall. This is 0.05 oz of product.
