Urban Decay Naked 2 Basics: Swatches

I bought this at Sephora a while ago. I've only used it twice so far, but I'm already in love with it. This small eyeshadow palette has six eyeshadows, five matte and one demi-matte.

  The packaging is quite cute. It's almost rubberized, so it's better for travel. It's just very basic, simple packaging. The colors are, from left to right, Skimp, Stark, Frisk, Cover, Primal, and Undone. They're all cool-toned taupes.

Here are the swatches over bare skin with no primer, a couple of swipes with my finger. Skimp and Stark are the two lightest and then they darken. Undone seems hard to blend and I don't want to use it, but I will try it.

Birchbox September 2014

Hi, guys! So I got my Birchbox yesterday. Scroll through to see what I got and how much the full size costs.

The box is amazing. I love the pattern on the top. The first thing you see is the card, which says 'Fresh Paint'. The back of the card lists all the items, but I don't look at it until I've seen all the products. This month, they put an extra item in there.

Here is an overview of all the items.

Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum Full-size, $79

What: Oil-free and rich in antioxidants, this treatment fades dark spots and evens skin tone.

How: Morning and night, smooth onto clean face and neck, avoiding eye area.

 Dr. Brandt Pores No More Vacuum Cleaner Full-size, $45

What: Award-winning gel that degunks pores for fewer blackheads and smoother skin.

How: Two or three times weekly, apply a thin layer to areas of concern. Rinse after 5-10 minutes.

Juara Candlenut Body Creme Full-size, $35

What: Nourishing Candlenut oil deeply penetrates for softer, smoother skin.

How: squeeze onto loofah or washcloth, and work into a lather. Massage over skin, then rinse.

Noir Cosmetics Long-Wear Eyeliner Full-size, $15

What: Enriched with Vitamin E, this creamy, waterproof liner glides on smoothly for all-day wear.

How: Gently trace your lash line with the velvety formula.

Whish Shave Crave - Acai Grapefruit Full-size, $20

What: An ultrahydrating, shea butter-packed shaving cream in a pick-me-up grapefruit scent.

How: Apply to legs, armpits, or bikini line before you shave.

This is the Birchbox find. ChapStick Hydration Lock. It has 2 ends: one for Day and one for Night. This can be found in drugstores.

Mall Haul!

I went to the mall today. I got a cropped shirt, a dress, and a nice jacket for when it gets cold at work. My mom got me those three things. I bought a couple of things from Urban Decay. The lady gave me a makeover. I got a brow kit because after she enhanced my brows, I loved the way it looked. I also got the Naked Skin BB Cream. I got three samples.

Mall Haul!

Hi, guys! I went to the mall today and went into Sephora and bareMinerals. Lets get on with it.

The first place I went was Sephora. I bought three things. The first thing is the Naked 2 Basics, which was $29.00, then the Clean Rollerball Collection, which was $18.00, and then this Bite Vivids Lipstick duo, which was $12.00. Plus tax, I paid $63.43 for all this.

The last place I went was bareMinerals and I bought a Marvelous Moxie lipgloss in Party Starter, which cost $18.00. Plus tax, it was $19.35.

Out With The Old: Makeup: August 2014

I've thrown out a bunch of old lipglosses and yucky mascaras. The L'oreal lipgloss is horrible and shouldn't be bought by anyone. The three Clinque lipglosses are old. The first one and the last one are in the color Airkiss and the middle one is the color Clearly Pink.

The three mascaras are no good. Their formulas are horrid on my lashes. I will never buy the big tube of any of these mascaras.
