Out With the Old: Makeup: July 2014

I have a confession: I am a makeup hoarder. There, I said it. I learned this from my mom. She uses decades old makeup without any issues, so I decided that I would start doing the same, but I hate having products I don't use or are old in my collection because I only have one basket for all my makeup and I tend to buy new products whenever I'm at the drugstore, Ulta, or Sephora.
