Fresh Rose Face Mask Review

Hi, guys! I don't talk about skincare much on this blog, but I decided to review this mask from Fresh skincare. Fresh is sold at Sephora and is somewhat expensive. This costs $62.00 and has rose petals in it. I use this every day (that I remember to) and it feels so calming and cooling. Please scroll down to see more of this.

The consistency of this is gel-like instead of clay. The rose petals are strewn throughout and appear when you apply it and makes it look like you have roses all over. I use 2 fingers of mask and apply it all over my face.
This is what it looks like. The little dark spots is the roses.

Ingredients:
Water, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Pentylene Glycol, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Rosa Centifolia Flower, Maris Aqua (Sea Water), Rosa Damascena Flower Water, Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Fruit Extract, Anthemis Nobilis Flower Oil, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Porphyridium Cruentum Extract, Rosa Damascena Flower Oil, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Aspalathus Linearis Leaf Extract, Faex (Yeast Extract), Sodium Hyaluronate, Carbomer, Tetrasodium EDTA, Sodium Hydroxide, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Glyceryl Acrylate/Acrylic Acid Copolymer, Caramel, Maltodextrin, Parfum (Fragrance), BHT, Citronellol, Phenoxyethanol.

e.l.f. Tone Correcting Powder Review

Hi, all! Today I'm doing a review on the e.l.f. Tone Correcting Powder. I bought this at Target for $3.00. It comes in a box and the package is black and has white writing on the front.
When the package is open, there's a mirror up top, then the actual powder is separated into four squares, each with a different color. Yellow, blue, green, and pink. The pink square is stamped with e.l.f. I've been using this since this picture was taken and the yellow has gotten less and less.

These are swatches of each color by itself and mixed together. I do love this product. I just wish the yellow didn't go away so fast. It's a cheap product for people just starting out with makeup.

Benefit boi-ing Concealer Review

Benefit calls their boi-ing concealer an award-winning concealer camouflages dark circles, minor imperfections and discoloration without creasing or fading. Even better…the industrial-strength formula is now available in FIVE shades, with a full range from light to deep. Now all gals can be imperfection-free.

I purchased mine at Sephora for $20.00 and it is in 01, which is the lightest shade, which I feel is too light for me, but I still use it because it has a lot of coverage.

 Swatched:
Blended:
I do see how well this blends in, but I don't want to use a whole bunch of it if it'll look cakey.

Ingredients:
Dioctyl Adipate, Octyl Stearate, Talc, Beeswax, Carnauba (Copernicia Cerifera) Wax, Petrolatum, Corn (Zea Mays) Oil, Octyl Palmitate, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Ctiric Acid, BHA. May Contain: Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides.

Lancome Hypnose Waterproof Mascara Review

Today, I will be doing a review on Lancome Hypnose Waterproof Mascara. Lancome is not cruelty free, so they test on animals. This also means that they are not vegan. This costs $27.50 on their website. The tube is black and curvy with a blue band between the cap and the tube. The top part of the cap is flat with a bit of gold on it. Lancome is written on one side of the cap while Lancome Hypnose is written on the other side.
The wand is straight with many fiber bristles along every part of it.

Product Review: L'oreal Paris Voluminous Million Lashes Mascara

Hey, guys! I'm going to do another mascara review for you guys. This time, I am reviewing the L'oreal Paris Voluminous Million Lashes mascara. This mascara can be bought at any drugstore or grocery store. Target, CVS, Bel Air, etc, etc. On their website, it costs $8.95, but you can buy it for a little over $7 at any store. L'oreal does test on animals, so be aware of that. The packaging is very simple with a gold tube and black lettering on the front.
The wand has lots of little plastic bristles that are very hard.
Before:
After:
Comparison:
It does separate and lengthen the lashes and also adds a black tint to them. I'm not a huge fan of L'oreal Paris products now that I know that they test on animals. Testing on animals is not a good thing and we should protest them. The chemicals in the mascara may not be good for human eyes if they're good for animal eyes.

Ingredients:

Product Review: Clinque Lash Power Mascara

Hey, guys! Today I will be doing a review on Clinque's Lash Power Mascara. I purchased this for $15 at Sephora. Clinque can also be purchased at Macy's and other department stores. I have used other Clinque products before with varying results. Clinque is proven to be good for sensitive skin and eyes, but that doesn't mean that there aren't any hits and misses. The packaging for this product is very simple. It comes in a floral design patterned cardboard box, just like every other product in their makeup line. The tube is a dark blue color with silver writing on it, and the cap is silver with an embossed "C" on the top. There is .21 OZ of product in each tube.
The wand is small with lots of bristles on it. Each bristle is made up of a bunch of small bristles clumped together. The bristles are natural fibers and are soft to the touch.
Before:
After:
Comparison:
As you can see, it separates some of the lashes, but does make some lashes clump together. It doesn't stand up to crying, which I have done a lot of whenever I wear this mascara. It just adds color to my lashes, nothing else. The color I have is Black Onyx. It also makes my eyes water even though it is Ophthalmologist Tested.

Rimmel London Lash Accelerator Endless Mascara Review

Today, I am going to review Rimmel London's Lash Accelerator Endless Mascara. Rimmel doesn't test on animals, but their sister company, Coty, does, so it's kind of iffy for me. The packaging is a bright neon green tube and a black cap.
The wand is tapered and goes from big at the bottom and small at the top. I can see the fibers on the bristles. I didn't realize that it was a fiber mascara and they irritate my eyes like crazy!
Before:
After:
Comparison:
As you can see, my lashes are long enough without the mascara, but with the mascara, they get longer. My eyes are already irritated by the fibers, so this is going to be thrown away.

Maybelline Mascara Collection Review #4 of 7: Maybelline Great Lash

Today I am going to review Maybelline Original Great Lash. This is such a good mascara for girls who are just starting out. Maybelline does test on animals. I bought this at CVS Pharmacy for $5.29, so it's very affordable.
This is what the tube looks like. It's pink with Blackest Black written on the bottom and has a black rectangle with Great Lash written in green and pink with a black round cap. Very simple and classic.
The wand is a simple spoolie that everyone has seen. Nothing fancy.
Before:
After:
It does make my lashes look more presentable, but still looks natural. I love swiping this on before going to run errands on the weekend so I look more awake.

We are halfway through my Maybelline Color Whisper collection, but I have added two more, so those will be reviewed at a later date.

Here's what the packing looks like. It looks pinker in real life. The cap is square and the screwing thing is silver with a square bottom. I bought this at CVS Pharmacy for $7.49.
Here's what it looks like on my hand and my lips. It's a nice sheer pink that looks natural on my lips. I like wearing this with every kind of makeup look.

Maybelline Mascara Review: #3 of 7: GreatLash Lots of Lashes

Hi, guys! It's Thursday and time for another mascara review. This time, I'll be reviewing Greatlash Lots of Lashes. I bought this at CVS for $5.29. It's not expensive at all and it's a great investment for those just starting to wear makeup.
The tube is pink and square with a black rectangle with GreatLash written in pink and green with Maybelline New York written below that. Then there's a white open heart with Lots of Lashes written in black in it. Then there's Blackest Black, which is the color, written below that. The cap is green and round.
The brush itself is tapered, bigger at the bottom and smaller at the top. The bristles get smaller as they go up to the top. It makes it easier to get those little baby lashes.
Before:
After:
As you can see, my lashes are separated and colored. Parts of my lashes are blonde, so they look shorter. That's why I love mascara. I would recommend this mascara for teenagers who are just starting out. There's no need to buy department store makeup until you get used to wearing makeup and you never know, you might find something that you love.

Ingredients:
Aqua/Water, Paraffin, Potassium Cetyl Phosphate, Cera Alba/Beeswax, Copernicia Cerifera Cera/Carnauba Wax, Acacia Senegal/Acacia Senegal Gum, Glycerin, Cetyl Alcohol, Hydroxyethylcellulose, PEG/PPG-17/18 Dimethicone, Steareth-20, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Sodium Polymethacrylate, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Hydrogenated Jojoba Oil, Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Simethicone, Disodium EDTA, Polyquaternium-10, Silica, Panthenol. May Contain: CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499/Iron Oxides, CI 77007/Ultramarines, CI 77891/Titanium Dioxide, Mica, CI 75470/Carmine, CI 77288/Chromium Oxide Greens, CI 77289/Chromium Hydroxide Green, CI 77742/Manganese Violet, CI 77510/Ferric Ferrocyanide.

Maybelline Mascara Review, Part #2 of 7: The Rocket Mascara

Hey, guys! Today I will be reviewing the Rocket Mascara from Maybelline.
The tube is blue and is pointed at one end, resembling a rocket. the Rocket Volum' Express is written in pink on the front and back of the tube. It also has a pink band in between the cap and the tube. Maybelline does test on animals. This cost $7.49 at CVS. I love the design of this because it's so unique.
The wand is small and has bristles that go from short to long, which helps with getting those tiny lashes.
Before:
After:
It does make my lashes look longer, but doesn't add any volume. It did get clumpy because I put it on too fast. I do love this because it's such a good mascara.

Thanks for reading!
Have a beautiful day and don't forget to smile!
